Become a part of the cultural manifestation of African Slaves' oppression and necessity. Capoeira is a mixture of dance, fight, and song.
Learn the skills of the playful martial arts once used as protection for slaves. It's not only self defense and power, but mental and physical therapy; it teaches discipline and focus. Most of all Capoeira is culture!
